How Did It Start
Washington Condo Brokers Inc. was founded by John Petrov, a Condominium industry veteran with a vision of an exclusive and one of a kind real estate brokerage that would focus on educating clients in order to improve the often misunderstood industry. After years of seeing condo clients misrepresented by real estate professionals with no true understanding of condominiums, John set out to create a brokerage that would ONLY work with Condo and HOA buyers and sellers. A brokerage that would only hire brokers that know and love condos and are experienced in that industry. John’s diverse background and real estate experience makes him a one-of-a-kind specialist in condominium market capable of achieving such goal. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, John managed a wide range of condominium associations, homeowner associations, and cooperatives for more than 8 years. Years of experience working with high-expectation clients on large scale financial management, contract negotiations, project management, and budgeting & planning, John built a strong foundation for his real estate career helping clients achieve their goals in the most efficient and financially beneficial way. His BA degrees in business management and marketing further solidified that foundation and translated into successful business relationships that are based on knowledge, experience, and trust. Working with people has been the primary emphasis of John’s career; he is a strong communicator who considers clear communication to be the key to any successful transition.
John firmly believes in friendships. His passion for real estate combined with management, finance, and contract negotiation background helps clients minimize stress in one of the biggest decision-making processes of their life. In this relationship driven business, John created a real estate company that would only conduct business in a friendly and professional manner, where buyers and sellers can benefit by achieving effective results and make a friend in the process. The main office of Washington Condo Brokers Inc. is in Magnolia, about 5 minutes from Downtown Seattle. Our happy clients are spread out through the surrounding areas including Bellevue and the rest of the East Side as well as areas North and South of the city. Having embraced today’s technology, our mobile office can travel wherever you are!
